Accounting & Payroll Specialist
This role is responsible for the financial integrity of Northern Skies Communications. It covers payroll, accounting, reporting, and financial operations to ensure the company operates with discipline, accuracy, and long-term stability.
Key responsibilities
- Manage payroll and employee compensation
- Maintain accurate financial records and reporting
- Handle invoicing, billing, and expense tracking
- Support budgeting and financial planning
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations
Minimum requirements
- Strong accounting knowledge and accuracy
- Experience with payroll systems
- Attention to detail and organization
- Confidentiality and professional integrity
Preferred background
- Prior accounting or payroll experience
- Experience with small business or operations finance
- Military finance/admin experience preferred
- Alaska work experience preferred
