This role supports hiring, onboarding, personnel management, and workforce coordination for Northern Skies Communications. It is responsible for ensuring the company builds and maintains a disciplined, reliable, and professional team.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate hiring, screening, and applicant review processes
- Manage onboarding and personnel documentation
- Maintain employee records and compliance requirements
- Support workforce coordination and internal communication
- Assist leadership with personnel decisions and structure
Minimum requirements
- Strong judgment and discretion with personnel matters
- Excellent organization and documentation skills
- Professional communication and confidentiality
- Ability to manage sensitive information responsibly
Preferred background
- Prior HR, personnel, or administrative experience
- Military personnel or administrative experience strongly preferred
- Experience with hiring, onboarding, or workforce coordination
- Alaska work experience preferred
